Octavia Red and Addison feature as two goth chicks experiencing the best metal concert of their lives.

After an unforgettable night, they wind down at a nearby hotel to get some well-needed rest, however something is bothering Octavia. A bellhop with a strange look on his eyes constantly stares at Octavia, lingering in the lobby and halls of the hotel.

To make things worse, Addison never seems to catch a glimpse of the bellhop, finding the situation far less serious than Octavia is taking it for. Despite never seeing this apparent stalker, Addison can clearly see her friend is struggling and tries to calm her down.

Octavia thanks Addison for calming her down, only to scream in terror as she sees the bellhop in the room drawing closer to her. Addison looks around the room frantically, only there’s nobody there. She panics as Octavia convulses in a disturbing manner right in front of her before falling still.

Octavia rises, or should I say the spirit lingering inside of her body does...

Dr Saint, a twisted scientist experimenting on captured women, has been found and arrested. Her latest victim named Julia (Octavia Red) has been admitted to a nearby hospital where she is making a full recovery. Justice has been served... right?

A detective (Lily Lou) and her forensic assistant (Leana Lovings) examine the scientist’s laboratory to learn what her intentions were with Julia. Breaking into her pc, they learn the shocking truth. Julia has been transformed into a dangerous futa.

Both the detective and the assistant head to the hospital in order to find Julia and inject her with the antidote for her mutation. They must act with caution; not only has Julia turned into a crazy monster but if one drop of her semen enters their bodies, it will scramble their brains and turn the pair into Julia’s personal sex slaves. Can they save Julia from this madness and finally put an end to Dr Saint’s demented creation?

After the extreme events that took place in the underground laboratory, Julia (Octavia Red) is found and rescued by the authorities, taken to a local hospital to help her recover. She wakes up in a panicked state, reliving the traumatic experiment, only to realise she is safe and being comforted by her best friend Beth (Kimmy Kim).

Reassured by Beth that everything is okay, Julia is left alone for a brief moment so she can calm herself and accept what has happened. That is until she hears the haunting voice of Dr Saint (Ava Amira). The voice from the doctor in her head tells Julia that the experiment has changed her permanently and at any moment, she will turn back into the monster Dr Saint had created.

Beth returns to find Julia tensed up and groaning, unaware that her friend is fighting against a primal transformation. Julia gives in, mutating once again into the savage futa she was once before, subjecting her best friend to the ruthless sexual pleasure she so desperately craves. The radical dream from the Dr Saint is about to become a reality.

Julia (Octavia Red) wakes up in an underground laboratory, strapped down to an operating table with her body exposed. Unaware of how she got there, Julia begs for help, only to be silenced by Dr Saint (Ava Amirah), a disgraced scientist who takes innocent women for her experiments.

With Dr Saint blaming her professional downfall on men, she expresses her desire to create a world without men, giving women the reproductive organs to make her dream a reality. She injects an engineered serum into Julia’s body, successfully transforming her into a futanari.

Dr Saint is overjoyed with her success, however her serum may have more side effects than she anticipated. With enhanced strength to break free from her restraints and a mind overwhelmed with the desire to breed, the transformed Julia acts on her extreme impulses against the very woman who turned her into this monster.
